These terms apply to the RongGo Store website and customer orders supplied by Rongsheng Supermarket FZCO. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the delivery and returns information shown on the website.

Using the store

You must provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping your sign-in details confidential. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Products and prices

We aim to describe products, pack sizes, restrictions, prices and availability accurately. Product images are illustrative and packaging may change. Prices are shown in AED and include VAT where stated. The confirmed checkout summary controls if an earlier page contains an obvious error.

Placing and accepting orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not by itself mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we issue an order confirmation after checking stock, price, delivery eligibility and payment status. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance and will explain the reason where appropriate.

Substitutions and unavailable products

We will not charge for an unavailable item. A substitution will be made only if the checkout flow or customer communication allows it and you accept the replacement and any price difference.

Payment

Only payment methods displayed at checkout are available. When online card payment is enabled, payment details will be handled by an approved payment provider under its secure process. RongGo Store does not directly store full card numbers or card security codes. An order is not treated as paid until payment is confirmed.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery areas, fees, estimates, address requirements and failed-delivery arrangements are described in our delivery information. Products marked pickup-only cannot be included in a delivery order.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellation availability, eligible returns, exclusions and refund processing are described in our returns and refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Website availability

We may maintain, update or temporarily suspend parts of the website. We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, but this does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. You may also use any competent consumer-protection authority or court available under applicable law.
