RongGo Store is operated by Rongsheng Supermarket FZCO in Dubai, UAE. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse the store, create an account, place an order or contact us.

• Delivery addresses, instructions and saved-address labels
• Cart, order, invoice, return, refund and customer-support records

Payment-card details are entered with the approved payment provider when online payment is enabled. RongGo Store does not directly store full card numbers or card security codes.

• Confirm stock, payments, invoices, cancellations, returns and refunds
• Authenticate users, prevent fraud and keep the service secure
• Meet accounting, tax, consumer-protection and other legal obligations

Sharing

We use access controls, encrypted connections and other reasonable safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Account passwords and full payment-card details are not stored in website browser storage.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including order support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling and legal requirements. Different records may have different retention periods.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, update, restrict or delete eligible personal information, or object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. Some order, tax, security and legal records must be retained. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
